Jackie is a business coach, trainer and mentor who specialises in nurturing individuals, blending traditional business training with a holistic, intuitive approach. She helps business owners overcome obstacles, build their confidence, develop their business vision and to align their marketing and strategic planning accordingly.
Her passion is all about helping people, teams and organisations figure out where they are, where they want to be, and then helping them get there.
Jackie delivers profound and clear business knowledge and guidance to help you weave the heart and soul into your business.
Starting her own business journey in 1989, she co-founded a luxury handbag business and retail shop, Holden Leathergoods. By the time, Jackie left the business in 2000, her role had moved away from making to creative director, managing the brand, wholesale and retail sales, and staff relationships. These 11 years offered invaluable learnings on how to build a brand from ground zero (in truth starting out with an overdraft!) to ending up by 2000 with products selling in Harrods under Penhaligon’s of London brand.
Mentoring, coaching and facilitation training in personal development, communication and stress management followed. She has been mentoring and business coaching since 2007 for Enterprise Ireland, Local Enterprise Offices and privately, this also led to business training. She co-founded a training company, Business IQ with business partner Sheila Anne O’ Leary.
However, nothing in life remains static and Jackie has launched Business Weaving helping you follow your intuitive wisdom, rediscover your own magic, overcome barriers, and create entrepreneurial success. Jackie is following her heart once again to offer business knowledge and guidance in a holistic way aligned with her mind, body and spirit to help you weave the heart back into your business.
My daughter Róisín
She is my right-hand woman and the one who came up with the name ‘Business Weaving’. Her role is behind the scenes creating all the graphics, templates, e-learning courses and dealing with anything tech. She grew up in business and now works with me and with her father in Holden Leathergoods even if she has just abandoned Business Weaving HQ in favour of working remotely in the sunny South of Spain.
